Dunlop Bed Mattress is produced from pure latex serum, or sap, extracted from underneath the bark of the rubber tree. The sap is collected, beaten into a froth, and baked into sheets in enormous steam moulds. Natural sediments in the mix settle to the bottom of the mould, leaving the bottom side of the Dunlop layers denser. In addition, the Dunlop Bed Mattress is a soft, durable, and versatile material that can give both softness as well as support.
